I work directly with your venue, planner, or AV team ahead of time to set the foundation — but I’m still reading the room and adjusting live, not just running a fixed plan.

I build the music direction and a written timeline that maps to your actual program — so the transition from networking to dinner to dance floor is planned, not guessed.
Execute & Adapt
On the day, I follow the run sheet, coordinate live with your team or AV, and read the room in real time — adjusting without ever losing the thread of your event.
